With the warm temps this week, you'll want to dress in layers, grab the sunscreen and hit the groomed runs first. You may also see some soft snow in spots and especially at the lower elevations. Expect some larger than usual weekend crowds with President's Day and Valentine's Day this weekend. Here are some highlights for this week weekend:

  • Sandia open now through Monday.
  • Save money on Sandia/Santa Fe tickets!
  • Taos helps you save money when you buy you tickets online and has a slopestyle event Saturday.
  • Pajarito open through Monday and Ski Bike Fun is this Saturday.
  • Angel Fire has an NMX rail jam Saturday night.

  • Sipapu has weekday ticket deals and the February Fun Fest this weekend.

Sandia Peak

Notes: Now open Friday through Sunday. Tram access is available to the ski area. All greens and nearly all blues are groomed. You can still save money on your tickets in two ways. The Peak Plus card is $69 and saves you $25 off on your daily ticket at Sandia or Santa Fe. The Six Pack of Fun is also still available for $369 which is 6 transferable all day tickets. Will be open Monday, February 15 for President's Day.

Pajarito

Notes: Open Wednesday through Sunday. Will also be open this Monday for President's Day. Wednesdays are Car Load Days, where everyone in one car (up to six people) will skis or rides for $99. Thursdays are Local Appreciation Days, where tickets are $39 for adults, teens and seniors (a $10 savings), and $29 for kids. The Townsite Lift and terrain under it are open every Saturday and Sunday. Pajarito's biggest terrain park, Crazy Mother, is now open for the first time in three years! With multiple jumps and one of the largest tabletops in the state, this park includes the mountain's biggest features. This weekend is the February Fun Fest celebration and includes a giant snow castle, mountain-wide treasure hunt, and costume contest and parade, with heaps of fantastic prizes.
