Because they’ve “boosted his confidence.” The latest work of beauty was having his ears removed –professionally, of course– so that his head would more closely resemble a skull. There are also various tattoos, implants, piercings to complete the ensemble. Oddly enough, he’s had difficulty finding gainful employment and a meaningful relationship.
