Alex Trebek got a touching tribute before Monday night's episode of Jeopardy!
Executive producer Mike Richards remembered the late host and thanked him for everything he did for the show. Mike said Alex "will forever be an inspiration for his constant desire to learn, his kindness and for his love of his family."
Alex, who had stage 4 pancreatic cancer, died at his home Sunday morning.
Mike said Alex taped new episodes of Jeopardy! two weeks ago, and those episodes will air through Christmas day.
