Metallica has announced the TV appearance on social media. They’ll celebrate the Big Game with Colbert on “The Late Show” on Sunday at 11:35pm ET.
Metallica has yet to play the halftime show, although fans have rallied for them to hit the stage. This year, The Weeknd will perform… and as we reported separately, Green Day will play the “NFL Honors” ceremony on Saturday night.
