Sammy Hagar says he "fell apart" when he heard Eddie Van Halen died of cancer on October 6th of last year.
He made the admission on this weekend's episode of the NBC show Celebrity Sleepover, which airs after Saturday Night Live.
He adds that they went into some "soul talking about doing something next year (2021)."
