Metallica is giving fans another preview of their upcoming box set celebrating the 30th anniversary of “The Black Album.” The band has shared an alternate mix of “The Unforgiven.”
The “1991 Rough Mix” of the song comes from the “Rough & Alternative Mixes” double-CD included in the upcoming deluxe box set of their self-titled fifth album. Fans will also get their hands on demos, interviews, and live recordings, along with a 120-page book, lyric sheets, tour laminates, and more merch.
“The Black Album” 30th-anniversary box set is due for release September 10th and can be pre-ordered HERE. Check out “The Unforgiven” alternate mix to the right.
