The holiday started in 2014 with the Animal Rescue League of Iowa, Heritage Humane Society, and some dog owners sharing memes and hashtags on socials. Now it’s all about sharing tips for a pup’s digestive health.
In case you didn’t know, flatulence in dogs is most commonly caused by doggos swallowing air while eating, but excessive farting accompanied by vomiting or diarrhea can be a sign of more serious health issues.
