Mike Tyson will not be criminally charged for the bloody airplane beatdown he put on an overly-obnoxious passenger last month.
The San Mateo County (California) District Attorney said due to "the conduct of the victim leading up to the incident, the interaction between Mr. Tyson and the victim, as well as the requests of both the victim and Mr. Tyson" no charges will be filed. "Iron Mike" lost his cool on a Jet Blue flight and delivered a fury of punches to the head and face of a drunk passenger who wouldn't leave him alone. The incident was captured on video by another passenger. Tyson eventually walked off the plane and the other guy received medical attention. (TMZ)
