Irwin says it’s not a good idea to “do it all the time” because you run the risk of conditioning your subconscious mind to associate running water with the need to take a leak. Over time, it could lead to you needing a bathroom break every time you wash your hands, do the dishes, or maybe even when you hear it raining.
