We’re finding out a little more about the upcoming “Walking Dead” spinoff series featuring the reuniting of Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and Michonne (Danai Gurira). Creator Scott M. Gimple revealed some details on the “Walking Dead Universe Preview 2022” special over the weekend.
In case you’re thinking it’s all romance - think again, says Gimple. “It’s an epic and insane love story. These two people have been separated for a very long time," Gimple explains. "They’ve lived whole other existences and they have to find themselves again, let alone each other.” But
For those new to the franchise, this means the two of them are about to get their hands dirty - or bloody. The six-episode series will arrive at AMC and AMC+ in 2023.
