Roger Waters has a new album on the way, titled The Lockdown Sessions,
He broke the news on the Graystone podcast, saying, "I’ve given all these things away. They’re all out there, anybody can find them on the internet.”
Among the songs he recorded, or, in this case, re-recorded, are updated versions of five of his Pink Floyd songs -- “Mother," "Vera" and "Bring the Boys Back Home" from 1979’s The Wall, and "Two Suns in the Sunset" and "The Gunners Dream" from The Final Cut.
Most of these songs, along with the recently released “Comfortably Numb 2022,” can be found on YouTube.
He hasn't said when the album will be out, but it could be as early as this Friday as he posted a short video on his socials with the caption, "Streaming everywhere December 9th.”
