"Weapons" director Zach Cregger ventures into the spooky world of video game adaptations with the upcoming reboot of "Resident Evil." Yesterday, the film's first full trailer (after a teaser was released back in April) dropped. The movie follows Bryan (Austin Abrams), a medical courier headed for a drop-off at Raccoon City General hospital who finds himself stranded and stalked after his car hits...something...on a snowy back road. Zach Cherry, Kali Reis and Paul Walter Hauser also star. "Resident Evil" hits theaters September 18.
