Veterans Day: Federal offices, post offices, banks and schools are closed today in honor of the servicemen and women who have served our country.
To show thanks, dozens of restaurants are offering free food and drinks to anyone who served in uniform. These include Red Lobster, Starbucks, California Pizza Kitchen, Chili's, Cracker Barrel, Hooters, and many more. Just show proof of service like a military ID, discharge papers, VA cards or a veteran organization membership card.
