If you have any product with peanut butter in it, make sure it’s not Jif.
We told you last month that the popular peanut butter was recalled due to salmonella infection risk and later that other products were involved because they use Jif. Well, the count of companies that use the peanut butter and now have recalled products is up to 18.
The last recall list… and it’s long… is here. Both the CDC and FDA say before using any product with peanut butter in it, verify that it’s not Jif. They also warn not to give the tainted product to pets.
