Woman Jumps On Hood Of Car To Stop Puppy Thief

In Houston, Alize James works at Bully Kamp, a specialty pet shop in Harris County, Texas. James said a man and a woman came into the store looking at different dogs and decided on a $10,000 exotic bulldog puppy that was seven-months-old. However, James said the pair took off with the puppy when she went upstairs to grab some paperwork. So she took off after them.

The couple hit her with their car when she demanded the puppy back. She ended up on the hood of the car as the man began driving aggressively for close to ten minutes while she hung on for dear life. When the man finally came to a stop, James said he grabbed her by her feet, grabbed her chest, and started hitting her. She told reporters that while she was able to fight back, the couple still ended up getting away with the puppy.

Houston police have not been able to identify the man, but the woman has been identified as 21-year-old Royshana King. Officials in Harris County say King is facing charges of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon but is still on the run.
