Visitors to "Dracula's castle" in Romania can now get a COVID-19 vaccine while they’re there. In an amusing note, it's reported that medical professionals adorned with fang stickers (not teeth) are administering Pfizer shots.
That 14th century castle in the Carpathian mountains is believed to be the inspiration for the villain's home in Bram Stoker's novel "Dracula."
Officials say the vaccination drive is meant to pull in tourism, which has plummeted during the pandemic. Visitors on weekends in May get a shot and then a complimentary tour of a medieval torture exhibit.
