Plum has some neurological issues that sometimes cause her to lose a balance but she loves to go on walks and is not fazed by her stumbles. She is a sweet pup, who just needs a comforting lap to rest in while she takes in the scenery. Come and visit Plum at the Eastside shelter, she would be a great lap dog that you could take with you anywhere and everywhere.
