Tom Brady isn’t the only big name to announce his retirement yesterday. Legendary rocker Ozzy Osbourne, fresh off four GRAMMY nominations for 2022’s “Patient Number 9,” has withdrawn from his scheduled summer tour with Judas Priest. The Black Sabbath icon cited his health, including ongoing issues during recovery from a spinal injury.

“I have now come to the realization that I’m not physically capable of doing my upcoming European/UK tour,” writes Ozzy. “Believe when I saw that thought of disappointing my fans really f***s me up, more than you will ever know.” The rocker said that despite multiple procedures to repair his back after it was injured in an accident four years ago, he is “still physically weak.”

And though Osbourne admits he’s still in good voice these days, he has indicated he’ll never hit the road again. “Never would I have imagined that my touring days would have ended this way.”
