Doctors say you're better off skipping the snooze on your alarm.
A new study published in the journal Scientific Reports says the minutes just before waking are the most important phase of sleep, when rapid eye movements are at their peak. Apparently, snoozing interrupts that.
They advise to set your alarm for the latest possible time, then commit to getting out of bed the first time it goes off.
Hitting the snooze button regularly can make you feel more tired.
