A dazed and confused Pennsylvania car thief tried talk his way out of an arrest -- by telling cops he was Matthew McConaughey.
Deputies were sent to a house after the homeowner phoned 911 to complain about a disheveled man ringing the bell and pounding on the door, refusing to leave. By the time the officers arrived, Troy Miller had parked himself in the family car in the driveway and was attempting to start it.
The 46-year-old suspect refused to provide any identification, but kept insisting he was the Oscar-winning actor, a claim that was disproved once the cops searched him and found a drivers license. You didn't need a "True Detective" to crack that part of the case. (WTAE)
