Avenged Sevenfold have been big fans of the Call of Duty: Black Ops series of video games, and now you can play in the game as singer M. Shadows.
The latest online update to Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is Operation Apocalypse Z Blackout, and it's available now for Playstation 4, with other platforms coming soon.
Shadows calls getting his own character "a career highlight." There's a trailer for the update that shows him riding in the sidecar of a motorcycle brandishing a weapon.
Avenged Sevenfold have contributed songs to all four editions of Call of Duty: Black Ops and bundled them for the Black Reign EP last fall.
