TEN: SLAW DOG-Cole slaw, hot dog, bun.
NINE: GERMAN DOG-Bratwurst, brown mustard, sauerkraut, onions
EIGHT: On a Hoagie Roll, A large Nathan's with a little bit of Baked Beans, Sauerkraut, onions, Spicy Mustard, and maybe some relish (depends on how sweet the beans are).
SEVEN: All beef dog. Sesame seed bun. Green chile sauerkraut or green chile coleslaw. Add red chile and mustard.
SIX: All beef Nathan’s is my choice. I top it off with my own coleslaw. Cabbage of course, with a little minced onion and green bell pepper to perfume the slaw. Mayonnaise and some mustard for color. The piece de resistance is putting red pepper flakes in the slaw for some heat.
FIVE: An Orbit dog. It’s mac and cheese, hot dog, green Chile and bacon in a tortilla.
FOUR: a footlong Coney Dog on a heated bun mustard ketchup relish sauerkraut maybe some chopped onions and dig in.
THREE: Chile Relleno dog. Hot dog wrapped in a green chile relleno, deep fried, then covered with cheese and green chile.
TWO: Good ol’ chii cheese dog, with the chili having a little heat being a bonus, sharp cheddar, the grated kind not the nacho cheese kind, and strong onions with a little mustard is hard to beat. Unless of course you add some jalapeno.
CHICAGO DOG: Yellow Mustard, Dill Pickles, Sport Peppers, Pickle Relish, Red Ripe Tomatoes, Onion, Poppy Seeds, Celery Salt
ONE: Navajo dog: a hot dog wrapped in a flour tortilla with cheese and green chile then deep fried like a chimichanga. No joke
