Pink Floyd‘s 1989 concert film Delicate Sound of Thunder will be shown in theaters worldwide for one night -- October 15th.
First released on video in 1989, it was filmed at the Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, New York (Long Island), as well as in France, during their Momentary Lapse of Reason tour. It was nominated for a Grammy for Best Long Form Music Video.
DVD and Blu-ray versions came 30 years later in 2019, but this will be the first time it's shown in theaters.
Tickets go on sale August 27th at DelicateSoundOfThunder.com, which is currently not live. The only question is: Will theaters be open by then?
