Please allow us to introduce you to Mr. Skull Face. His real name is Sandro, and he’s a 39-year-old German guy who’s spent over $7-grand on body mods…17 to be exact. Why? Because they’ve “boosted his confidence.” The latest work of beauty was having his ears removed –professionally, of course– so that his head would more closely resemble a skull. There are also various tattoos, implants, piercings to complete the ensemble. Oddly enough, he’s had difficulty finding gainful employment and a meaningful relationship.
