Iron Maiden will release its 13th live album on November 20th.
Nights Of The Dead, Legacy Of The Beast: Live in Mexico City was recorded during three shows there in September 2019. Bassist Steve Harris says the album is to hold fans over until they can finish the Legacy tour next summer in Europe. He adds, "We thought we’d take a listen to the recordings from the tour so far and see if we could create a definitive live album souvenir that everyone, everywhere could enjoy. I’m very pleased with the results, especially as this set list includes songs which have never made it to a live CD before." It'll be available as two CD or triple vinyl sets and digitally.
Singer Bruce Dickinson also updated fans on what else the band has been up to in a new video on YouTube. He says, "We're doing bits of writing... In the meantime, we're all still here, we're all still gagging and raring to go. We are not going away. We are solid, and there's gonna be some great stuff happening in the near future."
