Actress Cloris Leachman has died of natural causes at age 94.
- Leachman was born on April 30th, 1926 in Des Moines, Iowa
- She won an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the 1971 drama The Last Picture Show
- She also made appearances in TV’s The Mary Tyler Moore Show, The Facts of Life, Malcolm in the Middle and her own '70s sitcom, Phyllis.
- Leachman was married to Hollywood impresario George Englund from 1953 to 1979. They had five children together.
Though best known for her comedic roles, Leachman won a Best Supporting Actress Oscar for the 1971 drama The Last Picture Show. Her other credits include TV’s The Mary Tyler Moore Show, The Facts of Life and Malcom in the Middle, as well as the silver screen’s Young Frankenstein, High Anxiety and The Beverly Hillbillies. In 2008, she became the oldest person to compete on Dancing With the Stars.
