10.The best little restaurant in New Mexico is The Farolito Restaurant in El Rito NM. Seats about 20 people. Located 30 miles north of Espanola. Multiple awards for best red and green chili.
9.The BEST PB&J sandwiches, sundaes and frito pies are at the Salmon Raspberry Ranch Café in La Cueva, New Mexico. They grow their own raspberries and have a you-pick-em field in the Fall, but make the very best stuff using fresh raspberries. Yum!!
8.Mamacita's Pizzeria in Abiquiu. I guess it's a little shack and the lady who owns it is cranky (she yelled at my mom for leaning on a pole because she would have to disinfect it again) but the pizza is amazing (so I heard)
7.In Shiprock there is a place called the Chat n Chew dude they have a huge burger as big or bigger than the old Lotta burger has everything on it tons of cheese bacon green chili l. T . O and hand cut fries if you go get the double meat you wont be dis satisfy

5.You are right, there is a diner in Vaughn that is awesome. It’s name is Penny’s Diner and you can not go wrong getting a burger and milkshake there.
Their chicken fried steak is pretty good too.

3.THE OLD ROAD Mexican restaurant in Mescalero NM on the Apache reservation, known for their red Chile cheese enchiladas with or without an egg. Just off the beaten path on 692 old road Mescalero. A house converted into a restaurant with a great view of the Sacramento Mountains! Might see an elk or two on the way there!
2.Rob, Dude. We need to tell the listeners about the grub in Pecos. Besides being the most beautiful place in NM easily. Tucked into the Pecos wilderness, Headwaters of the crystal clear Pecos River. There's a place called Frankies, great burgers and New Mexican food. Yes they serve alcohol.
