Kurt Cobain's former Los Angeles home is on the market for $998,000.
For a home in the Hollywood Hills, it's pretty cheap. That's because the place needs a lot of work.
Built in 1921, the residence has three bedrooms and three bathrooms spread over two floors and just under 2500 square feet of living space overlooking Hollywood.
Cobain and his wife Courtney Love bought the property in 1992 and it is believed he wrote much of Nirvana's third and final album, In Utero, in the home.
