Last night, Conan O’Brien’sl ate night run came to an end. The comedian and TV host bid farewell to the audience of “Conan” after 11 seasons on TBS and over 4,000 hours of television total, leaving them with some words of wisdom.
O’Brien’s final guests were Will Ferrell and Jack Black. Ferrell appeared over Zoom, wishing the host “all the best” on his next chapter. Black appeared in person, revealing that his first-ever late night appearance was on one of O’Brien’s shows and calling Andy Richter“ the more incredible sidekick of all time.” O’Brien agreed, wrapping up the show with a touching tribute to Richter, who has been by O’Brien’s side since his late night journey began in 1993.
"My advice to anyone watching right now – and it's not easy to do, it's not easy to do – but try; try and do what you love with people you love," O'Brien told the audience. "If you can manage that, it's the definition of heaven on Earth."
- O’Brien isn’t done with TV altogether! He has a weekly variety show coming to HBO Max later this year, where his travel show “Conan Without Borders” will also continue streaming.
