Gene Simmons is trying hard to sell his Las Vegas-area home that his family wants no part of due to the heat.
He has posted on his socials a 17-minute video that gives a tour of the home, as well as one showing the planting of 137 trees on the adjacent lot he's also selling.
The asking price for the 11,000-square foot estate is $13.5 million. He paid $10.8-million for the property last May.
