NC-17 Marilyn Monroe Flick Finally Has A Release Set: It’s been a long time coming for “Blonde,” the delayed and much talked about Marilyn Monroe biopic.
Originally set to hit theaters, the film’s NC-17 rating made it a tough sell, which made Netflix a much easier sell. “Blonde” finally has a September date at the Venice Film Festival, and director Andrew Dominik say his movie is likely to “offend everyone.”
The movie features Ana de Armas in the role of Monroe and should be available to the general public shortly after the Venice Film Festival premiere.
