AMC has been brilliant in the way they’ve been able to take shows like “Walking Dead” and “Breaking Bad,” and spin them off into highly watchable alternatives. When “Better Call Saul” finally ends its run, that’s going to leave a clear void for fans. Dan McDermott is the president of entertainment at AMC Networks, and he’s open to expanding the world of “Breaking Bad.” Currently, there are “no plans” dabble further into the series, but McDermott says if creators Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould could be pushed for a new series, he “would do it.” All they’d have to do is knock on his door with an idea.
