Prepare your panic-buying shoes. Hershey’s CEO Michele Buck says the company won’t “be able to fully meet customer demand” for their candies this Halloween season. At its core, the issue begins and ends with the fact that “consumers are demanding more regular and Halloween-themed candy than Hershey can make” right now. They’re reportedly adding more manufacturing lines, and with them they hope to be able to “meet demand in the next couple of years.”
