Sammy Hagar and the Circle have released the third single off their forthcoming album, Crazy Times.
It's "Funky Feng Shui," which they recorded for and released on their Lockdown 2020 album.
Drummer Jason Bonham got the ball rolling, challenging the others to record a "jam they'd been playing backstage warming up for shows" to pass the time during the COVID lockdown.
Bonham laid down the beat, then Vic Johnson added his guitar part, Michael Anthony did the bass, and finally Hagar contributed his vocals.
The original version only had two verses, so Hagar finished writing it last year when the recorded Crazy Times. The new version also comes with a new video.
