Back in 2002, fantastic end-of-the-world-zombie-apocalypse film hit theaters called “28 Days Later.” Not only was it fantastic horror and action, but it was pretty much the first zombie flick where the nasties coming to get you actually moved fast…making them even more terrifying. In 2007, a sequel called “28 Weeks Later” hits screens, and it was just as solid…even for a sequel. Now, 15 years later, a third installment appears ready to go. Director Danny Boyle says a script for “28 months later” is complete, and he's down to take the reins. Boyle says writer Alex Garland sent him the idea a few years ago, and he was all about it. Now, they just have to get it done.
