A Cailfornia creep won't have a leg to stand on when he shows up in court to answer charges that he stole the leg off a woman's corpse -- and ran off taking bites out of it.
Witnesses spotted Ressendo Tellez approaching the body, which had been hit by an Amtrak train in the town of Wasco, near Bakersfield. He reportedly picked it up and bolted, stopping to wave the severed limb at cops, then holding it above his head like a trophy.
Some censored news footage shows the 27-year-old taking several bites out of the leg before cops finally subdue him. Tellez has been charged with misdemeanor removal of human body parts and mutilating a body. (The Blaze)
