Cut onion and green, red, yellow and orange bell pepper in ½ inch slices
Mix together equal parts cayenne pepper, garlic powder, coarse black
pepper, sea salt, paprika and use as seasoning
Put the vegetables and a liberal amount of your spice mix into a pot and
stir often on medium heat
Take out half the vegetables and put in a cup
Once the onion is translucent, mix in a good portion of the pinto beans
Put the cup of taken out vegetables back in
Mix in your favorite barbecue sauce (half a cup)
Simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes
Serve!
