ID# A1901679 – Diesel is a 7 year old, Brown, Labrador Retriever mix. Diesel is a BIG teddy bear! He comes running when you call him, with a wagging tail and plenty of love to give! Diesel walks great on leash, he sits politely like a good boy, especially when you entice him with a yummy treat. Diesel has patiently been waiting at the Westside shelter since June of last year to get adopted. He really needs a big break. Go and adopt Diesel ASAP!

Lucky Paws on the move! Join us for some exciting events this upcoming weekend! On Saturday, March 8th, Please join us for an adoption event at Rich Ford located at 8601 Lomas Blvd NE, from 10:00AM – 3:00PM, celebrating Rich Ford’s 64th Anniversary! And on Sunday, March 9th at the Canteen Brewhouse located at 2381 Aztec Rd NE from 12:00PM – 4:00PM. At both events, we will have adoptable dogs for adoption. All the pets come spayed/neutered, microchipped and vaccinated. All adoption fees are WAIVED! Also, on Saturday, March 8th, Animal Welfare will be at the Pop-up dog park with a resource table, making free pet tags and giving out educational material about what Animal Welfare has to offer to the public.
To view and/or adopt pets, simply arrive at either of the open location. We are not able to move a pet from one location to another for your viewing. Anyone wanting to adopt a pet visit our website at www.cabq.gov/pets to see available pets.
