OTHER AWD NEWS:
Lucky Paws on the move! On Thursday, May 15th, AWD will be joining the “Good Dog” exhibit at the Albuquerque Museum located at 2000 Mountain Rd NW, from 5:00PM – 7:00PM we will have dogs for adoption there, as well as our tag machine to make free pet tags.
On Saturday, May 17th , AWD will be joining in the Animal Protection Day Event at Winrock Park, located at 2100 Louisiana Blvd NE from 8:00AM – 12:00PM., we will also have adoptable dogs there as well as our tag machine for free Pet tags.
And finally, on Sunday, May 18th, AWD will be joining into two events, The Mutt Strutt event at Altura Park, located near Indian School and Washington from 11:00AM – 1:00PM.
On Sunday, we will also be at Pets Plus Supply located at 6200 Coors Blvd NW from 12:00PM – 4:00PM.
We will have adoptable dogs at all four events. All the pets come spayed/neutered, microchipped and vaccinated. All adoption fees are WAIVED!
To view and/or adopt pets, simply arrive at either of the open location. We are not able to move a pet from one location to another for your viewing. Anyone wanting to adopt a pet visit our website at www.cabq.gov/pets to see available pets.
