Last month, prior to the final show by Black Sabbath and Ozzy Osbourne in their hometown of Birmingham, England, fellow Brummies Judas Priest released a cover of Sabbath's "War Pigs."
Asked to participate in the show, Priest had to decline as they were part of the Scorpions' 60th anniversary show that day in Germany.
Priest drummer Scott Travis, in an appearance on the Rock of Nations podcast, says they're going to re-release the song, but this time with a special guest. He explains, "There's a version coming out with Ozzy actually singing on that version. In other words, [Priest's] Rob [Halford] will sing a verse and then Ozzy sings a verse."
A spokesman for Priest tells us a release date hasn't been set.
Ozzy was 76 when he died of a heart attack at his Buckinghamshire estate on July 22nd.
Rob Halford turns 74 on Monday -- August 25th.
