While on a South African safari trip, and unnamed Dutch man ran into the worst possible luck any men can envision. He was sitting on the toilet doing his business without realizing there was a snouted cobra in the bowl. You can guess what happened next. The man was forced to wait three hours to be flown to a trauma center, the closest of which was 220 miles away. The injury was described as “envenomation of the genitals,” which – in a nutshell – started to “rot” his johnson. Fortunately, docs were able to remove the dead tissue and graft skin from his groin to help him eventually make a full recovery.
