You may have seen the footage of Mike Tyson punching a man on an airplane. Depending on which version you've seen, the unnamed man was fanboying over Tyson and talking to him...or pouting with marks on his face after what appeared to be a pummeling.
In the after, the man reportedly refused to cooperate with police - and there may have been a very good reason for his decision - but more on that in a minute. Firstly, Tyson's rep is admitting that Tyson punched the guy. But, the rep also says that not only was the passenger harassing Tyson, he claims that he even threw a water bottle at him.
Comments by Tyson's reps have been backed up by witnesses who reveal the passenger was "aggressive" during the incident. Once on the ground, police were called, but didn't arrest Tyson...still, officers have forwarded the report on and the local prosecutors office will make the decision about what comes next.
